LmaxPro Privacy Policy
This policy explains what stays on your device, how local gameplay data is handled, and the choices available to you.
Privacy in Brief
LmaxPro requires no account and includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. Game progress, best scores, stars, tutorial flags, and settings such as haptics and sound are stored locally on your device. The app is designed as a self-contained casual entertainment experience without gambling, betting, or real-money features.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the developer and operator of LmaxPro (“LmaxPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the LmaxPro iOS application. It applies to the current version of the app and its in-app agreement and privacy pages.
The app provides a collection of casual workshop mini games, including Rhyme Match, Peek Pair, Night Beam, Hot Seat, Swipe Sort, and Mirror Beam. It also includes a game hub, short tutorials, score tracking, stars, haptics and sound settings, and local progress summaries.
2. Information You Do Not Need to Provide
LmaxPro does not require account registration, login, identity verification, or payment information. The current app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, contacts, precise or approximate location, microphone, or advertising identifier.
- No account profile is created.
- No gambling, betting, cash prizes, wagering, or real-money rewards are offered.
- No advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling is used.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDK is integrated in the current app.
- No payment credentials or financial accounts are connected.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app uses local device storage for information needed to remember your choices and gameplay progress. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Game progress, best scores, stars, and recently played mini games.
- Tutorial completion flags for each mini game.
- Settings choices such as haptics and sound feedback.
- Local progress summaries shown in the app hub and settings.
This information is not an account held by us and is not synchronized by the app to an account or cloud database operated by us. It remains on your device unless it is included in an operating-system backup under settings controlled by you and the platform provider.
4. Optional Permissions
Some device permissions may be requested only when you choose to use a supported feature. Optional camera or photo access, if requested by your device, is used only when you choose to provide an image within a supported feature. You can deny camera access or change camera permission later in iOS Settings.
Device authentication, when used, is handled by iOS using the authentication method configured on your device, such as Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode. LmaxPro does not receive your face image, fingerprint data, device passcode, or biometric template. The app receives only an authentication success or failure result.
5. How Information Is Used and Disclosed
Information described in this policy is used only to provide requested features, remember on-device choices, display gameplay progress, and improve your in-app experience. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not disclose app information to advertising networks or data brokers and do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
6. Retention and Security
Local records remain on your device until you remove or reset them through available app controls, clear relevant system data, or uninstall the app. You can reset local progress from Settings inside the app.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved, but no device, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Turn haptics or sound on or off in Settings.
- Reset local progress with the “Reset Local Progress” option in Settings.
- Remove all app data by deleting LmaxPro from your device.
- Manage optional camera permission in iOS Settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Because the app has no user accounts and we may be unable to associate stored data with you, we may not hold identifiable information that can be returned or deleted. You may still contact us, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
LmaxPro is a casual entertainment app suitable for broad audiences and is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly create accounts for or solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the matter.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect app features, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will change the effective date when the policy is revised. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
